This rental is not occupied by the owners. It is exclusive for the enjoyment of
guests. Set on 14+ acres of bush, this two bedroom plus convertible den
is close to numerous tourist attractions. St. John's airport is 1.5 hours away
and the Marine Atlantic Ferry ( North Sydney-Argentia run) is but a "hop, skip
and a jump" down the road.
Blueberry and partridgeberry picking - FREE for the berry enthusiasts during
the late summer. Access to water for those with canoes or kayaks is just
across the road or, for those who like a challenge, a moderately difficult hike
to inland lakes abounding with trout. Enjoy salmon and trout fishing, try your
luck at codjigging (in season), maybe accompany some locals on a moose hunt
(October to January) or enjoy a 12 km inland ATV ride. All tourist attractions
on the Avalon Peninsula ( especially St. John's area) make for relaxing day
